In just two weeks we went from a rock pad to a full-sized structure! It is happening fast and still a little hard to believe. It isn’t just a dream anymore. We can see the exterior framing of our family’s new home from our camper window.
The boys were very excited when materials were dropped off, but not nearly as excited as when the gravel showed up. Zeke, especially, has been playing hard and coming in almost entirely white from the dust. Lots of baths this summer for two sweaty little boys!

What’s next? We are in a little waiting period until the trusses get delivered. Hopefully, we see them in the next three weeks and keep this amazing progress rolling! In the meantime, Eric has been mapping out the configuration of his in-floor heat grid and has already solicited some help with that labor-intensive project.
